This flattering square neckline at front, and open back with luxe wide back tie detail; voluminous sleeves; all adding to the romanticizing the silhouette. Her 3 tier skirt have flat ruffles that degrade from the top neckline ruffle adding a modern twist to this silhouette. She has side seam pockets.
