The Clare V Emile Vest in Black & White Polka Dot is a reversible puffer vest that can be worn in either a black and white polka dot print or a black and red pinstripe. This vest is fully reversible as both sides have simple gold snaps as well as side pockets, inside and out. This statement piece fits as easily over t-shirts as it does a sweater or sweatshirt.  This puffer vest is made of 100% Cotton with polyfil. This vest runs true to size. We recommend taking your normal size.
