Exchanges & Shipping

Items are returnable for store credit only with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unopened/unused, clothes must have original tags attached and be unworn. Discounted, for any reason, items are final sale.

Seasonal items are exempt from being returned. All sale/discounted items are final sale.

SHIPPING

We understand that you are excited about your purchase and want it to get to you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that your delivery date is an estimate and not a guarantee. Once your package is with UPS it is out of our hands. If you feel like it is taking an extended amount of time please contact the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not able to make any changes once the package has left our hands.

We aim to process all shipments within 2-4 business days of the order being placed. Sometimes it is faster, and sometimes it is slower depending on if a special order item is in the order. Special order items will take longer. 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Occasionally an item is damaged during shipping. We know it is a bummer when that happens! To report a damaged item, please email us within 3 business days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged item to hello@thebhco.com. Each damage report will be individually reviewed for replacement assistance.

ORDER ISSUES

We hope it is rare, but once in a while, we make a mistake. We’re real humans packing and shipping each order after all! We take great care when fulfilling orders but things happen. Please email us at hello@thebhco.com within 3 business days with your order number and a brief description of the issue and we’ll do our best to make it right.

OTHER INFO

If you need to return something that was shipped it must be mailed back within 7 days of the delivery. Items must be in unused condition with tags still attached. Unfortunately, if the items are not received in this time frame we are not able to process the return. To start a return email hello@thebhco.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Please use RETURN as the subject. We will email you back with an RA number that must be on the outside of the package if the return is approved. Returns sent without an RA number are unable to be processed or sent back without payment of shipping. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your credit will be processed. Please specify if you would like in-store or online credit.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be mailed to you. Please be sure to specify if you would like online or in-store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Once we receive your package your refund will be processed in 2-4 business days. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
